That I know of this does not exist in Camp 14. This would be a local camps program, although a good idea, it would be great to bring to a Grand Camp Convention. There are several things that members need when they join – A Manual of Ceremonies, The Constitution and By-laws, A Robert’s Rules of Order book, and a How to write Resolutions and Make good motions. A process book would be nice but has not yet been developed.
